Diagnosing Issues

This issue can have multiple causes.

Here you find instructions on how to diagnose the issues so that we can send you replacement parts under warranty.

We provide you with the correct purchase link for Replacement Parts for cases where the warranty expires after you diagnose the issue. 


This issue could be caused by problems with the ESC, or by problems with the Motor.

Instructions: Perform the test

Always turn off the board first, before performing tests.

  1. Remove the truck
    • unscrew the nut
    • take off the bushing
  2. Switch the cables
    • remove the cable covers
    • unplug the cables
    • switch them around and plug them back in
  3. Set the truck back and start the motors
    • set the truck back in place
    • secure it 
    • start the motors


Case #1 The same wheel still does not behave right

The motor is causing the issue.

Case #2 If now the same wheel does spin, but the other wheel does not spin anymore

The ESC is causing the issue.
