This issue could be caused by problems with the ESC, or by problems with the Motor.

Instructions: Perform the test

- Remove the ESC Case
- unscrew the nuts while countering the srews from the top of the deck
- Switch the cables
- remove the zip ties
- unplug both plugs from the ESC for each wheel
- switch them and plug them back into the other side
- Turn on the board and spin the wheels
Case #1 The same wheel still does not behave right
The motor is causing the issue.
