Instructions: Perform the test
Step #1 Check the power button
- Press the power button.
- Listen for a beep and check if the lights turn on.
If it turns on but doesn't respond to the remote, check the remote guide here.
Step #2 Verify that the charger is working
- Plug the charger into an outlet.
- Check if the green light on the charger turns on.
If there's no light or a red light, the charger needs replacement.
Step #3 Test while charging
- Plug the charger into the board.
- Check if the light turns red (indicating power flow).
- Try turning on the board while plugged in.
If it does turn on, the battery is causing the issue.

Step #4 Inspect the the battery

- Remove the battery case.
- Check for visible damage to cables or connections.
- Remove the battery and check the white sticker.
If the battery is damaged, you need a replacement.
