Both Motors are Not SpinningUpdated 5 months ago

Diagnosing Issues


This issue could be caused by problems with the ESC, or by problems with the Motor.


Instructions: Perform the test

See video instructions of how to perform the steps below in the guide for "one motor is not spinning right"

Always turn off the board first, before performing tests.

  1. Remove the truck
    • unscrew the nut
    • take off the bushing
  2. Switch the cables
    • remove the ESC Case
    • unplug the cables
    • switch them around and plug them back in
  3. Set the truck back and start the motors
    • set the truck back in place
    • secure it 
    • start the motors


Case #1 Both wheels are now spinning

The cable connection was loose

  • connect the right cables again and make sure the cables are connected properly
  • If you are unable to connect the cables properly for both wheels to work, replace both motors


Case #2 The wheels still do not spin

Both, the Motors, and the ESC need to be replaced
